Do you ship internationally?
We do not often ship to locations outside the United States (except for military personnel, see APO/FPO instructions below). We will be happy to help direct you to an alternate supplier for the items you desire to purchase. If no alternative source is available, we may at our discretion offer the opportunity to purchase the items from us with a no return/no exchange agreement.

We will try to assist with locating the products through other suppliers or create an online order for you to accept and pay for online. Actual shipping plus a $10 international order fee will be charged.
Do you ship to military personnel (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we're happy to serve those who serve us! All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
If you require shipment to military personnel, place your items in the shopping basket and follow these steps:
1) On the Step 2 page, select AA, AE, or AP in the Ship To State dropdown list (see guidelines link below for help with this).
2) On the Step 2 page, select Order offline as your Payment Method and complete your order.
3) On the Step 3 page, provide as much of the shipping information as you can following the APO/FPO Address Guidelines.
You will not be charged for any items at this point. We will calculate the actual shipping cost and contact you by email (or phone if you provide that info) to confirm and complete the order. Or simply call us at (704) 846-1226 with your request.
How are packages shipped?
IMPACT uses the U.S. Postal Service to ship packages. No delivery time is guaranteed. If you need expedited shipping or have a deadline by which the package must arrive, please contact us by phone at (704) 846-1226.
What about items sent to undeliverable destinations?
IMPACT is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the guest initiating the order to ensure that the shipping address provided is a current, working address.
Can I send products to a jail or correctional facility?
Please contact the institute directly and confirm their policies specific to receiving product for inmates/prisoners. Each institution has unique internal policies and we cannot take responsibility for shipment methods or products that violate these standards.
Downloadable files will only be available for download for 4 days. Please make sure you download them prior to 96 hours (4 days) after the original purchase.
How/where do I return an item?
For items purchased from IMPACT our return policy is fast and easy! We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. Simply include a copy of your original invoice (or include a note providing you name, address, daytime phone number, when and where you purchased the item), reason for return and action requested (refund, replacement or exchange).

We are happy to refund the cost of the product. We are unable to refund original shipping or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used for purchase.
