International and Domestic Shipping FAQs:
Do you ship internationally?
International orders that are download only items may be purchased directly through our online shopping cart. All other international orders cannot be purchased through the shopping cart as it is NOT capable of determining international shipping costs.
Our most popular shippable items can be ordered and shipped internationally through Amazon (see http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=%22frank+turek%22+atheist.) If what you are looking for is not listed, we will try to assist with locating the products through other suppliers. We may also create an online order for you to accept and pay for through PayPal. Actual shipping plus a $10 international order fee will be charged. The customer, NOT Impact Apologetics is responsible for paying duty or any costs associated with clearing the goods through customs. All international orders are no return/no exchange. An email with tracking information for your items will be sent. Please TRACK YOUR ORDER as once it is accepted by the postal carrier it is considered your property and the carrier will wish to communicate with you regarding any issues. In addition, any customs issue will need to be resolved by you and a delay may cause a return to sender.
If you would like to place an international order:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of the item sku's (found in the item listing) and quantity you desire to purchase and include your name, shipping address and phone number to determine shipping costs. The resulting fees will be emailed to you for approval before a PayPal Invoice is created.
Do you ship to military personnel (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we're happy to serve those who serve us! All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First-Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
If you require shipment to military personnel, place your items in the shopping basket and follow these steps:
1) On the Step 2 page, select the correct Armed Forces division in the Ship To State dropdown list (see guidelines link below for help with this).
2) On the Step 2 page, select Order offline as your Payment Method and complete your order.
3) On the Step 3 page, provide as much of the shipping information as you can. Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will not be charged for any items at this point. We will calculate the actual shipping cost and contact you by email (or phone if you provide that info) to confirm and complete the order. Or simply call us at (704) 243-0043 with your request.
How are packages shipped?
IMPACT uses the U.S. Postal Service to ship packages. As of May, 2021, the USPS states the following average delivery times:
- Media Mail: 5-14 Business Days
- First Class Mail: 3-5 Business Days
- Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
Please note we usually ship next business day. No delivery time is guaranteed. If you need expedited shipping or have a deadline by which the package must arrive, please contact us by phone at (704) 843-0444.
What about items sent to undeliverable destinations?
IMPACT is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the guest initiating the order to ensure that the shipping address provided is a current, working address.
Can I send products to a jail or correctional facility?
Please contact the institute directly and confirm their policies specific to receiving product for inmates/prisoners. Each institution has unique internal policies and we cannot take responsibility for shipment methods or products that violate these standards.
Downloadable files will only be available for download for 4 days. Please make sure you download them prior to 96 hours (4 days) after the original purchase.
How/where do I return an item?
For items purchased from IMPACT our return policy is fast and easy! We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. Simply include a copy of your original invoice (or include a note providing you name, address, daytime phone number, when and where you purchased the item), reason for return and action requested (refund, replacement or exchange).

We are happy to refund the cost of the product. We are unable to refund original shipping or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used for purchase.
