International and Domestic Shipping FAQs:
High prices and unreliable delivery issues for all mail carriers are now the new normal. We cannot guarantee shipping times. Please use the tracking provided to monitor the progress of your order so that you may intercede with the postal carrier if there are any delivery problems. Once your order is accepted by the postal carrier it is considered your property and the carrier will wish to communicate with you regarding any issues.
Do you ship internationally?
While all customers have access to our downloadable products within the laws of their country and according to their own system’s abilities, we regret to inform you that we are no longer shipping international orders at this time. This decision is effective immediately.
We do not make this decision lightly. International shipping has become too complicated, expensive and unpredictable for our staff to be able to provide excellent customer service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we reassess our global capabilities and ways of serving our international brothers and sisters. We know we were born for such a time as this and are currently researching more updated approaches to easier product access such as streaming or print-on-demand.
In the meantime, please see https://www.onlinechristiancourses.com/ where many of our teaching series and workbooks are available as courses for a cost less than purchasing the hard copy items for personal use and Turnkey courses are available at an even greater per student savings. Many of our books are also available on other large e-commerce sites.

Do you ship to military personnel (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we're happy to serve those who serve us! All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First-Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
If you require shipment to military personnel, place your items in the shopping basket and follow these steps:
1) On the Step 2 page, select the correct Armed Forces division in the Ship To State dropdown list (see guidelines link below for help with this).
2) On the Step 2 page, select Order offline as your Payment Method and complete your order.
3) On the Step 3 page, provide as much of the shipping information as you can. Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will not be charged for any items at this point. We will calculate the actual shipping cost and contact you by email (or phone if you provide that info) to confirm and complete the order. Or simply call us at (704) 243-0043 with your request.
How are packages shipped?
IMPACT uses the U.S. Postal Service to ship packages. As of May, 2021, the USPS states the following average delivery times (see our statement in RED above.) Remember to calculate in one business day for your order to process before shipping:
- Media Mail: 5-14 Business Days
- Ground Advantage: 3-5 Business Days
- Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
Please note we usually ship next business day. No delivery time is guaranteed. If you need expedited shipping or have a deadline by which the package must arrive, please contact us by phone at (704) 843-0444.
What about items sent to undeliverable destinations?
IMPACT is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the guest initiating the order to ensure that the shipping address provided is a current, working address.
Can I send products to a jail or correctional facility?
Please contact the institute directly and confirm their policies specific to receiving product for inmates/prisoners. Each institution has unique internal policies and we cannot take responsibility for shipment methods or products that violate these standards.
Downloadable/digital products
Downloadable files will only be available for download for 4 days. Please make sure you download them prior to 96 hours (4 days) after the original purchase.
Returns
How/where do I return an item?
For items purchased from IMPACT our return policy is fast and easy! We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. Simply include a copy of your original invoice (or include a note providing you name, address, daytime phone number, when and where you purchased the item), reason for return and action requested (refund, replacement or exchange).

We are happy to refund the cost of the product. We are unable to refund original shipping or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used for purchase.
